Adult memberships start from 105 EUR per month, and Teens from 80 EUR per month. In the first conversation we help you choose the right training format.

Do I need to be fit before starting CrossFit?

No. You do not need to get fit before starting. At CrossFit Urban Tribe, workouts are adapted to your current level, experience and confidence. The first step is a Free Intro conversation where we learn about your goals and help you start safely.

Is CrossFit safe for beginners?

Yes, when it is coached properly. Every class at CrossFit Urban Tribe is coach-led, with attention to technique, appropriate scaling and gradual progress. We focus on movement quality before intensity.

Am I too old to start CrossFit at 35, 45 or 55?

No. Many adults start CrossFit in their 30s, 40s and 50s. The goal is not to train like a competitive athlete, but to build strength, mobility, energy and confidence for everyday life.

What happens during the Free Intro?

The Free Intro is a calm conversation, not a workout. We talk about your goals, training history, schedule, concerns and the safest way to begin.

Can CrossFit help with weight loss?

CrossFit can support weight loss by helping you build strength, improve conditioning and become more consistent with training. We focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes.
